Take note of the wise words shared by Mordecai in Esther 4:14; "And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this? (ESV) In Esther 5, notice the hate and pride that Haman holds. It will be his downfall. In chapter 5 of Esther, Mordecai is honored by the King and Haman's evil plot is revealed. In Acts 5:17-42, the Apostles are arrested and freed.
