And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25 ESV

Hebrews 10 has this warning to anyone who knows the truth of Jesus yet chooses to reject him: "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God" (Hebrews 10:31). Such neglect of the truth and the outcome of doing so is found in our reading in today's Ezekiel reading.
