Welcome to Isaiah! The purpose of the books is to call Judah to repentance and foretell of the God's salvation in the coming Messiah. The Name Isaiah means the Lord saves. The purpose of Galatians is to rebut those that were teaching that the Gentile believers must follow the Jewish law to be saved.
