Welcome to Proverbs! Our prayer for all that read proverbs is the one found in Proverbs 1:5: "Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance..." Proverbs 2 explains the value of wisdom and exhorts the reader to make "your ear attentive to wisdom and inclining your heart to understanding. 1 Corinthians explains how the Spiritual Gifts works in the church to bring unity.
