Jim's Notes:
Note verse one: Hezekiah was king of Judah at the time of the fall of Isreael, the northern kingdom. He brought about many reforms in Judah while king. Today's three chapters are a collection of Solomon's wisdom that Hezekiah introduced to Judah. There are a number of great insights in these chapters among these are two of my favorites: Proverbs 25:28 and Proverbs 27:1. 2 Corinthians is an appeal to widen our hearts (2 Corinthians:6:13).
