In Psalm 73, the Psalmist wonders why the wicked prosper and the righteous appear not too. The result is summed up in verse 26: "...God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." Psalm 74 is a lament for the destruction of the temple in 586 b.c. (Source: Reformation Study Bible) Romans 5 assures us that we have peace with God through faith.
