Today's Verse:

If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities,
    O Lord, who could stand?
But with you there is forgiveness,

Jim's Notes:
1 Corinthians 7:25-40 address issues concerning the unmarried and the widowed. Psalm 128 is summed up in the opening verse: "Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in his ways!" Psalm 129 is a cry of afflicted. Psalm 130 is a song of hope. In Psalm 131, the Psalmist quiets his soul.
