In Nehemiah, the people of Israel confess their sins (a practice that God’s people should follow) and make a covenant. In Acts 4, Peter and John stand before the council and preach Jesus; “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4: 12 ESV).
